SEALS - PRODUCTION

A gasket is a component with a defined shape used to ensure a tight seal between two elements, such as pipes, valves, or covers. Gaskets can be made from a variety of materials, including rubber, plastics, copper, aluminum, or other flexible materials such as PTFE, which are resistant to chemicals and temperature. They can have different shapes and sizes depending on their application. Most commonly, they appear as round or oval shapes, mounted on one end of a pipe or valve and pressed against the other element to create a leak-proof connection.

We are a manufacturer of flat gaskets and spatial (3D) gaskets produced using CNC machines.

We produce both single pieces and large-scale orders of flat gaskets, cuffs, and punched gaskets for heads (manifolds, oil pans, etc.).

You can provide us with a sample for replication or order parts based on a technical drawing.

We manufacture gaskets from the following materials:

  • Rubbers: SBR, NBR, EPDM, Silicone (MVQ), Viton (FPM, FKM), etc.

  • Plastics: Polyurethane, PTFE, PP, POM, and copper

  • Gasket sheets: Klingerit, Gambit, fiber, prespan, cork, cork-rubber, technical felt

  • Copper washers

  • Gaskets from customer-supplied materials

The gaskets produced can be used in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, petrochemical industry, and others, with a temperature range from –60°C to +300°C.
