Polyurethane Sheets – Offer

Our offer includes polyurethane (PU) sheets in various Shore A hardness grades, which are commonly used in the production of PU seals. In addition, we also sell polyurethane in the form of cut-to-size blanks, sheets, or rolls.

PU Sheet Hardness

PU sheet hardness ranges from approximately 65 Shore A up to 95 Shore A.

PU Sheet Formats

Standard PU sheet dimensions:

• 1000 × 2000 mm
• 1000 × 3000 mm
• 1500 × 3000 mm, thickness 8–10 mm
• 2000 × 3500 mm, thickness 8–10 mm
• 1000 × 5500 mm, thickness 2–20 mm or thicker
• Custom-cut blanks according to customer specifications
• We also manufacture ready-made flat gaskets using CNC knife plotters
• The highest quality (and most expensive) are double-side smooth sheets – produced by splitting thicker sheets and removing the top layers from both sides
• Next are split sheets, e.g. a 12 mm sheet divided into three 4 mm sheets, where one is double-side smooth and the other two have one side of slightly lower quality
• Finally, centrifugally cast sheets, produced to the required thickness
• High resistance to mechanical abrasion
• Excellent tear resistance and very high elasticity
• Continuous operating temperature range: –40°C to +70°C, short-term up to +110°C
• Resistant to UV radiation and many media
• Resistant to microorganisms
• PU properties can be tailored to individual customer requirements through material formulation modifications

Available PU Colors

Standard PU colors include:

• Ochre PU RAL 1024
• Yellow PU RAL 1006
• Orange PU
• Brown PU RAL 8017
• Red PU RAL 3020

Virtually any RAL color is available on request. The minimum order quantity depends on sheet thickness and the number of ordered PU sheets:

• 1 mm – minimum 8 pcs
• 2 mm – minimum 4 pcs
• 3 mm – minimum 3 pcs
• 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm – minimum 2 pcs
• 8 mm and above – minimum 1 pc
